Bush's Dream Team Works To Make US Occupation Permanent

Bush has General Petraeus and Ambassador Crocker making plans to negotiate a pact with Iraq (that will NOT go to Congress for approval) that will LOCK the US into Iraq for the next two Presidential terms and set a foundation for a permanent US presence in Iraq.

Will someone explain to me why Pelosi took Impeachment off the table. It would be better to lock Cheney and Bush up with defending themselves than allowing them to continue to create havoc with our country's future.

Bush and Cheney plan to KEEP us in Iraq so taxpayers can continue to foot the bill so their oil companies can swoop in and reap the profits AND they want to start another war with Iran.

When is Congress going to say enough is enough. Congressman Wexlar AND Congressman Dennis Kucinich are both calling for impeachment. Americans need to rise up and demand that their representatives support impeachment proceedings now....before it's too late.

Bush Cheney Lies---

Bush and Cheney continue to lie for what they want.....this time they want to take their shock and awe invasion show to Iran. Any excuse will do for those two to want to invade. Funny thing....they have both known for over one year that Iran had no nuclear weapons program but they lied about that too.

Why haven't these two lunatics been tried for treason or at the very least impeached?

There they go again….It’s an instant replay of the same plan of action that got us all stuck in the Iraq quagmire.

Bush, Cheney and their “pundits” in the corporate media and in the ultra conservative think tanks have taken to dominating the airwaves with their “cherry picked” intelligence to pave the way for invading Iran.

Once again it’s nothing but LIES heaped upon LIES.

Fact—the MAJORITY of middle east foreign experts state that it would be a huge mistake for the United States to launch an illegal invasion on Iraq. You can find some of these experts here.

Up till now it’s been the neocons and their supporters are the ones with blood soaked hands. They have been responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Iraqi’s and thousands of American troops on their hands. If this Iran attack is launched there will be many more deaths piled on top of this and the terrorist attacks against the U.S. will increase not decrease.

However, IF the American public allows an illegal Iran invasion to take place the rest of the world will not make a distinction between the Bush Cabal and the American public. We no longer have the excuse that we did not know. Bush, Cheney, and the corporate media pundits fooled us to support an illegal invasion of Iraq….but if we are fooled “twice” by the exact same tactics then the rest of the world will see Americans as responsible for the actions of our government.

If you think America has problems now....an illegal invasion of Iran will make the Iraq invasion pale by comparison. (It would be like say, invading Rhode Island.) America will face more serious consequences if the madmen in the White House are allowed to continue this disastrous course to invade Iran. The Bush Cheney plan to invade Iran is a disaster. Fury will be unleashed on our poor troops in Iraq AND terrorist attacks against the U.S. will increase. There is no way that invading Iran will make a single American safer. (Though it will make the war profiteers and oil companies richer...once again at the expense of the American taxpayer.)

You have the power to prevent a major disaster like this country has never known before. Don’t be complicit in the war crimes of Bush and Cheney…. Do it for your family, your friends, your community....Take a stand and speak out loudly, firmly, and clearly.

It will take only a few minutes of your time to contact your senator and representative and DEMAND that Congress insure that Bush and Cheney cannot invade Iran without Congressional approval. Ask them to support Senator Jim Webb’s legislation forcing the White House to get Congressional approval before they launch another illegal attack on another nation. (Note: Webb's legislation does not prevent Bush from acting in “self-defense.” But a war or an illegal invasion should not occur unless Congress is willing to support it.)

Exclusive to DEBKAfile’s military sources: US aircraft carriers USS Eisenhower and USS Enterprise in the Red Sea off the Saudi Arabian coast. It is considered “extraordinary” that the US has two large aircraft carriers and their battle groups in such a small body of water as the Red Sea.

A fourth US aircraft carrier, the USS Boxer, is expected to be “on the scene” at the beginning of next week, as soon as it has completed it’s military training exercises off the coast of India. According to DEBKAfile, “…the intelligence reaching Iran, the Boxer and its escorts carry 850 Marines who have just spent months in special training for operations on offshore oil rigs and platforms.”

If the US attacks Iran before the November 7th elections this could be the dreaded October/November surprise promised by Karl Rove.

However, breaking news reports show that the Bush administration now has a it’s own public relations disaster brewing regarding Bush administration's incompetence in defense matters. According to the Chicago Times, the Bush administration put up a website to make public some of the documents seized when they invaded Iraq. Unfortunately, they recently posted extremely sensitive documents that could assist terrorists in building a nuclear bomb.

This latest incident of incompetence may be enough to deter Bush’s longstanding plans to invade Iran.
