A strong delegation from Hampton Roads Virginia drove up to Washington, DC Saturday for the march on the Pentagon against the Iraqi War in particular, the war machine in general, as well as the 911 Commission failings. Chris Jaramillo or someone using his camera took the following shots of the march, focusing on the Virginia Coalition, but catching the overall march too. Chris is the guy in the black beret.

What I found amazing was that the corporate media actually covered this march....and the fact that other marches were being held all across American AND the world....We are usually ignored....

Thanks for the photos. I'm not at all a fan of ANSWER, so I skipped it. But I do appreciate what the vast majority of folks out there were trying to do.

Some of us are lucky enough to live in DC, so the commute to the march was easier (if not warmer). It was good to see so many people manage to make it through the Friday night storm and out for the march. It was a good moment for peace.

What is interesting is that RK decided to make fun of the 911 Truth Movement and instead empowered it. However, those who don't know the facts are deciding that others aren't to be exposed to them either. Respectful and informative posts are being removed. Thank goodness there is no barbed wire on this Virginia blog.
