Does Norfolk VA hold it's public officials to a higher standard than the U.S. government? If so, then our country is in major trouble. The folks I know in Norfolk are VERY disappointed in the arrogance of their city council. But Norfolk did fire an assistant city manager when he made a reference in a meeting about beating his wife....
