But hopefully YOU will remember this question and if you have the opportunity to ask any of the presidential candidates a question you would want to know their answer to this question. (Remember this is the main reason we have NAFTA and are losing jobs and our economic well-being)

Great question! The Republican answer is NO, of course.
Republicans? Have you ever known ANY politicians to turn down money? Any? Pot, meet kettle....They ALL use lobbyists' money.
This IS the major problem with our whole political system. It makes our democracy a corporatocracy. With the current system the legislation is basically being written for corporate interests (many times they actually are writing the bill) instead of the interests of the people.
This is why campaign finance reform is so important. WE WILL SAVE LOTS OF MONEY IF ELECTIONS ARE PUBLICLY FINANCED....
