You can air that gripe about the unexpected interest-rate increase on your credit card. The Federal Reserve is now accepting consumer comments on proposed rule changes to "begin" making credit card companies treat their customers more fairly....like charge the interest price promised and not hike the rate up on goods purchased under a lower rate......
