A Senator for the People

Does the current system of "legalized bribery" via campaign contributions make you mad? Are you sickened when Wall Street gets bailed out and the people get left holding the bag? When banks get bailed out and then they refuse to lend money to the folks that bailed them out?

Senator Russ Feingold is being challenged by deep pocket corporate special interests. We need more Senators like Russ Feingold not fewer. So, please put your money to work for you and consider sending him a campaign contribution.

If you'd prefer not to use your credit card (so the banks don't get a piece of the money) you can make your check payable to the Feingold for Senate Committee and visit Feingold's website for the address.

Back when I lived in the Cheese State (Sturgeon Bay), people were just getting to know Russ Feingold.

Now, regardless of your party affiliation, just about everyone agrees that Mr. Feingold has been a superb US Senator, both for Wisconsin and for the USA.

I wish we had another 99 Senators like him. Americans would have jobs and the multinationals would have no place to spend their bribery money among our representatives in Washington, or anywhere else.

We agree on this J. Tyler. Definitely a red letter day. We both like Russ for the same reasons!

I would love to see everyone--left right and center--agree to only back candidates that would insist on campaign finance reform that would effectively end the legalized bribery.

Yeah, he's great except for that whole anti-1st amendment McCain-Feingold thing.....
